Payment 

We require that all appointments be secured by credit card.

For production projects, groups, and special events a 50% deposit for the estimated services requested is required at the time of booking. Appointments are considered booked once payment information is received & processed.

Minimum 

The per person minimum charge to receive individual on-site service is  (before extras & add on’s). The minimum charge to receive on-site nail service for groups and/or special events is  (per mobile manicurist). If you wish to receive services that total less than, the difference between services ordered & our service minimum will be applied to your total to meet the above per person service minimum.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in your booking charge. The amount is at the customer's discretion; we can include it in your credit card charge by request.

Cancellations /Delays / Shows

Appointments must be canceled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Appointments made, changed, or canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable and will still be charged in full for all services requested. If we cannot reach the client, or the client is not at the specified location and/or  cannot be serviced for any reason, or health conditions were not disclosed at the time of booking, we reserve the right to:

 

  • Abbreviate services and bill for the full amount of the services reserved

  • Refuse service due to undisclosed conditions and bill for the full amount of the services reserved

  • Cancel the appointment after a 15 minute grace period and bill for the full amount of the services reserved

Travel Fees 

When we do accept service calls beyond our standard service area, some locations further than our standard radius may incur a travel fee starting at $30.

 

We reserve the right to require greater service minimums and/or a travel fee/surcharge for service locations that are within our extended service area, but outside of our standard service area.

Parking Fees

The client is responsible for all parking-related fees, including but not limited to meters, tolls, parking & valet expenses incurred while services are being provided.

Right To Refuse Service

For your safety and the safety of the manicurist(s), we ask for enough disclosure to be given at the time of booking your appointment regarding any medical issues and/or conditions you or the person you are booking on behalf of may have. This would include conditions such as diabetes, open wounds, fungus, infectious diseases, excessively thickened toenails. If we arrive and are unable to provide service for any of these reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service and a refund will not be issued.
